Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence and digital growth. The candidate will be responsible for content strategy, paid campaigns, affiliate partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement to drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, creatives, etc.)
Manage and grow company profiles across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Lead Influencer Marketing initiatives – identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencers and content creators
Develop and manage Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and performance-based growth
Track influencer and affiliate campaign performance, ROI, and conversions
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media tools
Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages
Prepare performance reports and analytics dashboards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Social Media, Influencer, or Affiliate Marketing
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and performance marketing
Experience in influencer outreach, collaboration management, and campaign tracking
Knowledge of affiliate platforms and tracking tools
Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Performance marketing knowledge
Video editing and content creation skills
SEO and digital marketing understanding
Experience in handling brand collaborations
