Job Title: Digital Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing to manage our online presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end social media management, content creation, ad campaigns, and lead generation activities to grow our brand visibility and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and blogs
• Design posters, banners, and promotional creatives
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and maintain lead funnels
• Develop and execute marketing offers, promotions, and campaigns
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media handling and digital marketing
• Skills in content creation, graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and video editing
• Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to 25000 to 30000 + Incentive
