Bakematic Digital Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based wholesale baking supplies company. We

manufacture, supply, and export silicone bakeware, chocolate moulds, baking tools, gift packaging,

and bakery ingredients to home bakers, professional pastry chefs, and bakery businesses across

India and internationally.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who can take

ownership of video content creation and social media management. This role requires someone

who is hands-on with shooting, editing, and creating viral-ready reels while working closely with the

team on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content on-site

- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos

- Handle end-to-end content production

- Stay updated with trends and algorithms

- Manage social media accounts

- Develop content calendars

- Optimize content performance

- Collaborate on campaigns

- Track and improve performance

Required Skills

- Videography skills

- Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

- Reel editing expertise

- Social media awareness

- Creativity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in content creation

- Experience with product/D2C brands

- Motion graphics knowledge

- Analytics familiarity

Work Environment
