Our community lives on social media — and we’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to grow, engage, and tell our brand story across platforms.

🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can create, manage, and grow Karmikh’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Loves content creation & storytelling
• Understands trends, reels & short-form video
• Can collaborate with influencers & creators
• Enjoys building an emotional brand, not just posting
• 🔥 Key Responsibilities

📌 Content Creation & PostingPlan and publish content across:

• Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories)
• YouTube (Shorts & Videos)
• LinkedIn (Brand updates, growth stories)
• Create engaging content ideas around:
• Baby milestones & festivals
• Product launches
• Brand storytelling
• Customer stories & UGC
• Write captions, hooks & hashtags optimized for reach

📌 Influencer & Creator CollaborationsIdentify and collaborate with:

• Mom influencers
• Parenting creators
• Baby & family content creators
• Coordinate gifting, collaborations & content delivery
• Track influencer performance & engagement

📌 Community Management

Respond to comments, DMs & mentions

• Engage with followers & build a strong parent community
• Maintain brand tone: warm, emotional & trustworthy

📌 Content Planning & Strategy

Create monthly content calendars

• Stay updated on social media trends & formats
• Suggest new content ideas to increase reach & engagement
• Work closely with founders & marketing team

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have1–3 years experience managing brand social media

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Ability to create content (shoot basic videos, edit reels)
• Experience working with influencers
• Creative mindset with storytelling skills
• Good written communication (English)
