Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating organic leads, and driving consistent growth in followers and reach across all social media channels.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and organic lead generation.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and short-form videos.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
• Generate creative content ideas tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase reach and follower growth.
• Track performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain strong audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to improve positioning and content strategy.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and lead generation.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in automotive or dealership marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid campaigns.
• Knowledge of video editing and short-form content trends.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
