**Role Overview:**

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Impaac Foundation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and foster community engagement. Your focus will be on creating compelling content, engaging with our audience, and driving growth across our key platforms: Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute creative and strategic social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, video, and written) that aligns with our mission and values.

- Design visually appealing graphics and videos to support content strategies.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive reach and engagement.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation, graphic design, and strategic marketing skills.

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
