About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and organized Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and brand engagement. You will manage our digital channels to build brand awareness, showcase our premium gifting solutions, and attract both B2B and B2C clients through impactful content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and post engaging daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos, memes, UGC features).
• Stay updated with Gen Z trends, pop culture, and social media algorithms.
• Lead influencer collaborations, giveaways, and viral marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and tweak strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Work closely with design, product, and brand teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Manage the content calendar, campaign rollouts, and seasonal launches.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for B2B or premium lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and brand positioning in a corporate context.
• Comfortable with basic graphic design, video editing, or using Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools.
• Data-driven mindset — understands metrics like engagement rate, CTR, reach.
• Strong copywriting, content planning, and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
