Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who specializes in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Primary Focus)Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversions
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
  • Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets accordingly
  • Social Media ManagementDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for ad creatives
  • Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics
  • Analytics & ReportingAnalyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Strategy & OptimizationStay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform changes
  • Implement best practices for scaling successful campaigns
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve funnel performance
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and performance marketing
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and tags
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Preferred QualificationsCertification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint
  • Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnels
  • Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
  • Experience2–5 years of experience in digital advertising or social media marketing
