WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At Nike, we believe in the power of potential. This opportunity is for recent or upcoming graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in Nike’s Sales & Marketing Function.

We are looking for individuals with the following:

•                    Recent graduates from relevant undergraduate programs – BBA/MBA from reputed college

•                    Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written English

•                    Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

•                    Good communication and interpersonal skills

•                    Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

•                    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)

 WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Apprenticeship Program at Nike spans across 12 months. You will learn the intricacies of being part of a leading organization. As an Apprentice, you will be embedded within Nike’s Sales & Marketing Function, working alongside Nike professionals who will support your growth and development. Throughout the program, you will have access to on-the-job learning and training sessions

You will collaborate with Nike Retail Team (Account Management, Fleet Management, Retail Operations, Retail Business Development & Data Analytics)

-         Your functional team to support day-to-day operations and strategic projects

-         Fellow apprentices across teams to share learnings and experiences

-         Mentors and leaders who will help you navigate your career path at Nike
