Role Purpose

To deliver structured, domain-specific training in collaboration with college faculty to equip students with applied, job-ready skills. The role ensures training is aligned with industry expectations and directly linked to placement opportunities. �

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Deliver up to 200 hours of structured domain-specific training per batch.

Handle batches of 70–75 students, integrating industry use cases, tools, and project-based learning.

Ensure high student performance in technical assessments, projects, and recruitment processes.

Curriculum & Academic Alignment

Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum coverage without duplication or gaps.

Embed employability and practical skill development within training modules.

Customize training content based on academic structure and student learning levels.

Placement & Recruitment Preparation

Conduct mock tests, coding/technical assessments, and project evaluations aligned with recruiter hiring processes.

Support placement teams by mapping student readiness to recruiter requirements.

Work towards improving internship-to-placement conversion rates.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor student attendance, progress, and placement readiness.

Identify skill gaps and share regular reports with the Program Manager and placement teams.

Maintain training quality and performance data.

Industry Alignment

Continuously update training material based on recruiter feedback and evolving industry needs.

Align learning outcomes with current job market expectations.
