Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Developer with 0–2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have good programming knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications as per project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Work closely with senior developers and team leads to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product management.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of programming concepts (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
