Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the core team to deliver assigned tasks/projects with quality and within timelines
• Understand requirements and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth implementation and timely updates
• Prepare reports/documentation of progress and outcomes wherever required
• Take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and contribute to team productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp/Email, and basic productivity tools
• Discipline, reliability, and ownership of work

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Prior internship/real project experience
• Familiarity with startup culture / fast execution cycles
• Any certifications or proof of skills (optional)
