Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Strategy • Define and execute sales and business development strategy aligned with growth objectives • Build annual and quarterly revenue plans across B2C, B2B, community institutions and marketplace partners • Drive predictable revenue pipelines and consistent closure of targets • Define pricing, packaging and sales models in coordination with leadership 2. Revenue Ownership & Performance • Own revenue targets and achievement across all sales channels • Track pipeline health, conversion ratios and deal velocity • Ensure strong follow-ups, forecasting accuracy and closure discipline • Support P&L goals through revenue growth and cost-aware sales execution 3. Market Expansion & Partnerships • Lead business development with religious institutions, Pandas, temples, churches, mosques, community bodies and service partners • Build national and international sales pipelines, including diaspora focused markets • Structure commercial agreements and long-term partnership models • Identify new channels and alliance opportunities to expand reach 4. Team Building & Sales Leadership • Build, structure and scale sales and business development teams • Define clear roles, targets and accountability frameworks • Coach teams on consultative selling, solution positioning and negotiation • Create a results-driven sales culture with clear performance metrics 5. Go-to-Market Execution • Lead go-to-market plans for new offerings, features and monetisation initiatives • Coordinate with marketing, product and technology teams to support sales success • Ensure consistent messaging, value articulation and customer engagement • Drive faster market adoption through structured outreach and follow-ups 6. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and institutional stakeholders • Represent in strategic discussions, events and forums • Ensure customer feedback flows into sales strategy and offering refinement
