Solar Systems Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solar Systems Intern who will gain hands-on experience in both solar project execution and electronics system development.

This role provides exposure to the complete lifecycle of solar systems — from design and installation to commissioning and troubleshooting, along with involvement in electronics testing and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Solar Project Execution

• Assist in site surveys and solar system design.
• Support installation teams during on-site execution.
• Help coordinate materials, installers, and timelines.
• Participate in system commissioning and testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues using tools like multimeter and clamp meter.

Electronics & Product Development

• Assist in testing solar charge controllers, inverters, and battery systems.
• Support PCB assembly, wiring, and basic circuit debugging.
• Perform data logging and system performance analysis.
• Assist in prototype testing and improvements.

Site & Customer Coordination

• Support communication between team, installers, and customers.
• Help document site progress and maintain reports.

Requirements

• Education:
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy (preferred)
• OR - B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Energy Engineering
• OR - ITI in Electrician / Electrical (with strong interest in solar & electronics)
• Skills & Interests:
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like multimeter (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interest in hands-on field work + electronics systems.
• Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.
