Sourcing Lead - Hiring Riders/Bikers (Opening For Whitefield)

Who are we looking for?

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology

·      Excellent sourcing skills

·      Ability to hire volume at large ( Last Mile Delivery workforce)

·      Presentation skills

·      A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision

·      Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)

·      Excellent verbal and written communication

·      Experience working directly with higher management/leadership team is desirable

·      Should have the experience in managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines and multiple stakeholders
