Job Description
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutneys, pongal, and upma
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage preparation of batters, chutneys, and other ingredients
- Monitor stock of ingredients and inform management when supplies are low
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
