Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with a focus on South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in preparing traditional South Indian dishes and be dedicated to serving high-quality, flavourful meals to our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Plan and manage the daily menu, considering the dietary needs of senior residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in preparing South Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation.
