Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure smooth functioning of the business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the spa industry, and the ability to manage staff, maintain hygiene standards, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the spa.
• Ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper staff scheduling to ensure sufficient staff availability at all times.

Staff Management

• Handle staff attendance, leave management, onboarding, and relieving procedures.
• Recruit and train therapists and other staff as required.
• Develop strategies to ensure the spa always has adequate and skilled staff.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets without fail.
• Make cold calls and follow-up calls to generate bookings.
• Handle inside sales activities and convert enquiries into customers.
• Plan and execute outside marketing and branding activities to generate business.

Customer Management

• Ensure excellent customer service and client experience.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers and ensure repeat visits.

Hygiene & Facility Management

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the spa.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure proper sanitation.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
• RequirementsExperience in Spa Industry is mandatory.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sales targets and business growth activities.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage operations independently.
