About the RoleShikshakji Academy is looking for an energetic and charismatic Spoken English Trainer to help our students achieve fluency and professional confidence. As the voice of our language department, you will be responsible for transforming hesitant learners into confident communicators.

At Shikshakji, we pride ourselves on quality. To maintain our high standards, selected trainers will undergo our internal Advanced Faculty Training, ensuring your teaching methodology aligns with our academy's success metrics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery: Conduct engaging offline classes focusing on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational fluency.
• Practical Coaching: Lead Group Discussions (GD), Extempore, and Mock Interview sessions to prepare students for real-world scenarios.
• End-to-End Batch Management: Take full responsibility for the student journey—from initial assessment to final certification—collaborating with the front office and counseling teams.
• Curriculum Customization: Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students, job seekers, and working professionals.
• In-Person Presence: Ensure 100% attendance during batch hours to provide face-to-face mentorship and real-time corrections.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Prior experience in English Language Training (ELT), Soft Skills training, or Voice & Accent coaching is preferred.
• Language Mastery: Near-native fluency in English with a strong command over sentence construction and phonetics.
• Education: A degree in English Literature, Communications, or a certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA is an added advantage.
• Personality: Highly motivating, patient, and capable of building rapport with students from various backgrounds.
• Commitment & FlexibilityTraining Agreement: As Shikshakji Academy invests in your professional development through our specialized orientation and training programs, candidates may be required to sign a one-year agreement (on a case-to-case basis).
