Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Nutritionists;

from physical activity, injury, or surgery.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Massage Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The

Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic massage services,

including Shiatsu and body massage, aimed at stress management and overall

well-being. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, offering

appropriate treatment plans, maintaining detailed client records, and ensuring a high

level of customer service and satisfaction.

What will you do?

1. Client Assessments & Treatments:

● Conduct thorough client assessments, design personalized massage therapy

treatments, and address specific needs (stress relief, pain management,

recovery).

2. Massage Therapy Sessions:

● Provide expert massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports,

aromatherapy) in a relaxing, professional environment, ensuring client

comfort and confidentiality.

3. Client Communication & Relations:

● Build rapport with clients, understand their goals, explain treatment benefits,

and provide post-massage self-care guidance for optimal results.

4. Collaboration & Documentation:

● Work with fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches to align

massage therapy with client goals; maintain accurate treatment records and

track client prog

5. Sanitation & Professionalism:

● Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace adhering to safety protocols; stay

updated with massage therapy trends and techniques to deliver exceptional

service and uphold Peak Performance’s standards.
