Job Summary:

The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint using spray guns or other equipment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with industrial painting techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
• Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings using spray equipment
• Ensure even application and high-quality finish
• Maintain and clean spray guns and painting equipment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a spray painter (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
• Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Attention to detail and precision
• Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
