📝 Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Therelek Engineers Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of industrial furnaces and heating systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing electrical systems related to heater controls, switchgear selection, instrumentation, and automation components.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• 🛠️ Design and develop electrical systems for industrial heating equipment.
• 📐 Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, specifications, and load calculations using AutoCAD.
• 🔌 Select appropriate switchgear, transformers, VFDs, thyristor drives, and other control elements.
• 🎛️ Ensure integration of instrumentation and electrical measurements in the design.
• 📊 Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• 🧠 Coordinate with production, purchase, and installation teams for design implementation.
• 🧾 Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), cable schedules, and wiring diagrams.
• 🧪 Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety norms.
• ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in furnace/heating equipment or process industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or E-Plan for electrical drafting.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, electrical load calculations, and control system design.
• Familiarity with VFDs, thyristor drives, contactors, relays, and transformer selection.
• Understanding of electrical safety, wiring practices, and panel layout.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming is a strong plus.
