Sr. Hardware Engineer - Service Head

Role Summary

We are hiring a Hardware Engineer – Service Head to lead our service team and manage complete IT hardware service operations. The candidate must have strong experience in laptop, desktop, printer, and server servicing, along with excellent team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of service engineers.
• Troubleshoot & repair laptop, desktop, printer, and server, and other IT devices.
• Visit client locations for installation and servicing.
• Handle client complaints, support, and daily service calls.
• Assign tasks to team members based on skills.
• Maintain service reports and provide updates to management.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Handle escalated service issues and ensure quick resolution.
