Inviting applications for the role of Manager/ Sr Manager (Global Plant Maintenance – IBM Maximo)

Skill and Responsibilities
Operational user experience, preferably in the role of Maintenance Engineer and/or key user of the Maintenance Management System -> For a deployment role the business experience might be more relevant than the analyst experience because this person will train people in the operation include in depth knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and Maintenance Processes, IBM Maximo or equivalent.
Strategic thinking: I would replace “develop a clear vision for the future organization” with “contributes to “. At this level key point is to execute well rather than being strategic
Who this person is working with and interaction with the stakeholders (OpCo, Global Function, Connected Brewery, Program Management, etc.)
Specifically for the platform familiarizes and aligns approach with relevant global initiatives, such as Asset Care for Maintenance
Focus on the critical path during deployment, for Maintenance being the data cleansing; person needs to monitor, coach and flag
Indicate what makes this job special or complex: no. of regions, cultures, travel, financial impact, deadlines, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation/ Masters

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Years of experience in IBM Maximo.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Challenging approach
• Influencing skills
• Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach Senior Stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology.
• Planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture.
• Stress resistant
• Proactive with a can-do-attitude
• A strong team player, proven team leadership potential
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Desirable: Knowledge and experience with the project management
methodology (IPM/ITM), Knowledge of MS SharePoint.
