Job Description
- Patient CareProvide direct nursing care to patients as per physician instructions and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV lines.
- Assist in daily patient activities such as mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort.
- Perform routine procedures including wound dressing, catheterization, injections, and sample collection.
- Clinical DutiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment charts, and nursing notes.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms, equipment, and medical supplies.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
