🔹 Shift Options

🕗 12-Hour Shift: (8 AM–8 PM / 8 PM–8 AM)

🕛 24-Hour Shift: (8 AM–8 AM)

🛏️ Includes break & sleep time for 24-hr shifts

💼 Job Role

✅ Provide patient care at home

✅ Administer meds & handle medical equipment

✅ Support in mobility & daily tasks

✅ Monitor health & respond to emergencies

✅ Travel up to 15–20 km if required

🎓 Eligibility

📘 GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

🩺 Min. 6 months experience (General ward, Emergency Ward or ICU Ward)

✅ Must have valid Nursing Registration of any State

💨 If you have Ventilator patient handling experience = You’ll get more salary

💰 Compensation

💵 Fixed Salary - ₹27,500 (General Nurse) | ₹31,000 (ICU Nurse)

🎯 ₹2,000 Incentive per month extra (If you do minimum 24 duties/month)

🚗 ₹100 Travel Allowance / Day

⏱️ ₹500/Day for 24-hour shifts (Overtime)

💸 Total Earning Potential: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month
