• collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care plans effectively
• educating patients and their families about health conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
• monitoring patient health, vital signs, and well-being, reporting any changes to the attending physician
• ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols to maintain a safe environment
