Staff Nurse

Provide direct patient care as per hospital standards.

Monitor vital signs and patient conditions regularly.

Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for patient care.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery care.

Handle emergency situations efficiently when required.

Work across departments such as ICU, Ward, OPD, OT, and Emergency when assigned.
