Steaming Momos

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking staff member to handle momo steaming and basic kitchen operations at our Licious food counter in INOX food court. The ideal candidate should be hygienic, quick, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Steam momos as per standard preparation guidelines
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation
• Assist in basic food prep and kitchen activities
• Monitor stock levels of momos and ingredients
• Serve food orders quickly and accurately
• Follow food safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with team members during rush hours

Requirements:

Prior experience in kitchen/food service preferred (not mandatory)

• Ability to work in shifts (including weekends)
• Basic understanding of food hygiene
• Physically active and able to stand for long hours
• Team player with good attitude
