Stewards

• Maintaining order, safety, and discipline within assigned areas
• Greet, guide, and support guests, participants, or team members
• Monitor activities and report issues or concerns to the Captain or supervisor
• Enforce rules, guidelines, and organizational standards respectfully
• Provide basic assistance during emergencies or incidents
• Support setup, operations, and breakdown of events or activities
• Act as a positive representative of the organization at all times

Captains

• Lead and supervise Stewards and assigned teams
• Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and task assignments
• Ensure policies, rules, and safety procedures are followed
• Act as the main point of contact between management and Stewards
• Handle escalated issues, complaints, or emergencies calmly and effectively
• Provide guidance, motivation, and on-the-spot decision-making
• Submit reports or feedback on performance and incidents
