A Stock and Store Incharge manages daily store/warehouse operations, focusing on efficient inventory control, stock accuracy, and team supervision to ensure smooth flow from receiving to dispatch, handling records, audits, safety, and coordination with other departments. Key duties include inventory tracking, ordering, maintaining clean/safe storage, staff supervision, reporting, and resolving issues, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing losses. 

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, perform cycle counts, manage discrepancies, and report on stock movement.
• Operations: Manage daily store/warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records, generate reports, and ensure proper documentation.

Staff Supervision: Lead, schedule, and train store personnel.

• Coordination: Liaise with procurement (ordering), production (issuing materials), sales, and management.
• Safety & Security: Implement and enforce safety protocols and security measures.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
