Store And Tailoring Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee inventory for our handloom sarees and ready-made blouses, ensuring quality and authenticity.

Coordinate with the in-house tailoring team to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Engage with customers in the physical store, presenting our premium handloom collections and offering personalized assistance.

Handle occasional online order queries, stepping in when needed, in collaboration with the customer service team.

Ensure that every product reflects the authenticity and excellence of handwoven artistry.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in garment handling, inventory management, or quality control, especially in handloom or premium segments.

A passion for traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
