Store Assistant

Curious Cat Company is a calm, cat-focused retail store and grooming studio in Indiranagar. We are looking for a responsible, animal-loving store assistant who speaks Kannada and English and is comfortable working in a small team.

This is a hands-on role. You will interact with customers, manage the store, and assist with grooming operations. We can train you in basic cat grooming if you are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in Kannada and English
• Explain products and grooming services clearly
• Manage billing and basic accounting
• Handle appointments and follow-ups on computer/WhatsApp
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
• Assist in handling cats calmly and gently
• Support grooming operations when required
• Maintain plants and overall store presentation
• Help with basic photography or videos (optional bonus)
• RequirementsMust love cats and animals
• Kannada speaking is essential
• Basic English communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Retail or salon experience preferred
• Age 20+
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude
• Must live reasonably close to Indiranagar
