Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting on time as per allocated shift.

• Adhering to all the SOPs at the outlet level

• Serving customers in a timely manner.

• Providing excellent customer service.

• Maintaining the outlet cleanliness & hygiene.

• Adhering to work timing & duty roaster assigned by the Store manager.

• Wearing the prescribed uniform while on duty.

• Adhering grooming & personal hygiene standards.

• Customer relationship (Greeting with a smile, Welcoming & thanking, Taking order)

• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.

• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. Identifying customer needs.

• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.

• Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.

• Updating customer information as required.

• Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping; monitors and maintains the condition and

safekeeping of items.

• Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.

• Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.

• Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services.

• Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
