Store Assistant

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Experience

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders as per the standard GDS (Greet, Delight, Servefast) process.
• Ensure quick and efficient service while maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Assist customers with product choices and upselling of combos, add-ons, and beverages.
• Handle customer feedback politely and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.

Store Operations

• Support in daily opening and closing of the store.
• Assist in preparing, serving, and packaging beverages and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, counter, and kitchen area at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Inventory & Cash Handling

• Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and stock rotation.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately (as required).
• Report shortages or discrepancies in materials to the Shift Incharge or Store Manager.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during rush hours.
• Follow instructions and support other team members to achieve store targets.
• Participate in daily briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Hotel Management preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher or experience in QSR / café / retail preferred).
• Language: Basic English and local language proficiency.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
