Job Description
As a Store Assistant, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting to work 5-10 minutes before store opening/reporting time in full uniform.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
- Preparing food as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Taking customer orders via KOT only (strictly no verbal orders).
- Managing inventory and controlling wastage following the FIFO method.
- Ensuring proper opening and closing procedures at the start and end of each shift.
