Role Context:

The Set-Up Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end setup of new retail stores. This

includes handling stock, coordinating shipments, executing store layout plans, and ensuring all

store opening requirements are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Area of Responsibility

• Assist in complete store setup for new store openings as per company guidelines.

• Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments accurately.

• Pack, seal, tag, and prepare stock for delivery and store placement.

• Stack, arrange, and display merchandise according to approved layouts and SOPs.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability and material requirements.

• Conduct accurate price tagging and labeling of products.

• Ensure fixtures, racks, and promotional materials are installed as per planograms.

• Support inventory checks and maintain proper stock documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet store opening deadlines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the setup area.
