Store Executive

Greet and assist customers with product selection and queries.

Provide accurate product information, availability details, and recommendations.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when required.

Ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Sales & Billing

Support store sales targets by promoting products, offers, and add-on sales.

Operate POS/billing systems accurately and handle cash/card transactions.

Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.

Store Operations

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.

Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards.

Coordinate with store supervisors and other team members for smooth operations.

Communication & Reporting

Provide daily updates on customer feedback, issues, and operational gaps.

Collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, campaigns, and events.

Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.
