Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify with purchase orders.
- Maintain proper records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock register, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in the store.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems regularly.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for material availability.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the store manager.
