Job Description
🎬 Hiring: Ticket Counter Sales Executive – Cinepolis Multiplex📍 Location: [Add your mall/location name — e.g., Cinepolis, Forum Mall, Koramangala]
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
🎓 Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
👥 Experience: Fresher / Experience both can apply
- Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle ticket sales and assist customers at the counter
- Operate POS / billing system efficiently
- Manage cash transactions & issue tickets
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication
- Assist in resolving seat or booking-related queries
- Requirements:Good communication in English & local language
- Basic computer knowledge (POS / billing)
- Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Must be comfortable with weekend and evening shifts
