Manage end-to-end dark store operations (inbound, storage, picking, dispatch).

Ensure SLA adherence for order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control.

Lead and manage store staff, rosters, productivity, and training.

Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

Coordinate with supply chain, last-mile delivery, and central teams.

Track KPIs, control costs, and drive continuous process improvements.
