Responsibilities of candidates include:

Inventory Control & Management:  Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all stock levels using inventory software.Receiving Goods: Inspect all deliveries for quality, quantity, and price compliance with purchase orders.

Stock Rotation and Storage:  Implement  FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent spoilage. Ensure proper, clean, and safe storage of food and beverages.Ordering and Replenishing: Notify management of low stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions.

Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts to identify, investigate, and report any discrepancies, waste, or damaged goods.

Security and Safety: Ensure the storeroom is secure, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.Issuing

Supplies: Release inventory items only authorized by signed requisitions.
