Job Description
- Pack orders correctly as per checklist; do basic testing before dispatch (QC); label and hand over to delivery.
- Receive returns; test working; count all parts; record missing/damage with photos; reset/charge and store properly.
- Work with vendors to coordinate repairs of damaged products
- Add new inventory (purchases): create items in the app, enter serial numbers, barcode/tag, take photos if needed, and assign shelf/bin.
- Update status on mobile/computer and finish all assigned Fulfillment (dispatch) and Reverse (returns) orders each day.
- Keep your station ready: charge batteries, format SD cards, clean, label, and keep racks organized.
