Store Manager

Job Overview

The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the laundry store, ensuring a high standard of service, team productivity, and store profitability. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.​

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all store staff and daily operations.​

• Drive sales and meet/exceed targets through excellent customer service and promotional activities.​

• Maintain optimal inventory levels; manage stock ordering, receiving, and storage.​

• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members; promote a culture of learning and growth.​

• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.​

• Prepare budgets, manage store expenses, and analyze sales reports for decision-making.​

• Ensure smooth and efficient store functioning and compliance with all company policies.​

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards.​

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and product updates.​

• Implement store policies and marketing programs to increase sales and expand customer base.​

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

• 3-5 years experience in team or retail management; experience supervising 5-10 people is desirable.​

• Proficient in computers and inventory systems.

• Excellent communication (Hindi, English, and local language) and people management skills.​

• Ability to work 6 days/week (10am-8pm, Tuesday is Week Off).

• Applicant should preferably have own vehicle for travel (bike/scooter).​
