Store Manager

Job Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage P&L and team development, and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master all menu items and preparation techniques
• Manage store P&L and unit economics
• Provide leadership and foster positive team environment
• Develop efficient staff scheduling
• Serve as point of contact for B2B and subscription orders
• Conduct internal audits for operational compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers and corporate clients
• Lead daily performance and planning meetings
• Conduct review sessions to implement improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
• 4+ years kitchen experience including management
• Advanced understanding of kitchen operations
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• P&L and unit economics knowledge
