Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

. Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, and staff at the Bengaluru location.

. Support the growth of Eluno as a premium eyewear brand by delivering a high-end in-store experience.

. Drive sales performance while ensuring excellent customer service and eyewear consultation.

. Track KPIs and implement actions to meet and exceed business targets.

. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and premium retail standards.

. Lead, train, and motivate the store team to maintain strong service and sales culture.

. Analyse sales data and trends to optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising.

. Maintain a clean, organized, and premium-looking store environment.

. Handle customer queries and concerns professionally to build long-term loyalty.

Requirements

. 1-5 years of experience in customer-facing retail roles (Eyewear retail experience preferred)

. Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and staff management.

. Experience with premium or luxury brands is an added advantage.

. Good analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs.

. Strong communication and people management skills.

. Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
