Store Manager

We are hiring a Store Manager / Front Office Executive for our flagship Lavelle Road store.

This role involves handling customers, managing store operations, and coordinating with our team and doctors to ensure a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and guide them with product selection
• Manage billing, orders, and day-to-day store operations
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with warehouse for stock
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and presentable at all times
• Coordinate with doctors and team for consultations when required
• Assist with WhatsApp orders and customer follow-ups
• Maintain basic reports for sales and stock

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, WhatsApp, Excel)
• Prior experience in retail / front office is a plus
• Interest in health & wellness is an added advantage
• Responsible, presentable, and customer-friendly
