Store Manager

Key responsibilities

• Team management: Lead, motivate, and mentor employees to achieve goals. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating performance, as well as providing professional development opportunities.
• Strategic and operational planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet business and financial objectives. This involves setting goals, delegating tasks, and overseeing day-to-day operations for maximum efficiency.
• Financial oversight: Create and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Track progress, analyze data, and generate reports on key performance indicators, such as sales, expenses, and market position.
• Problem-solving and compliance: Address and resolve conflicts among staff or with customers. Ensure that employees and operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Administrative tasks: Perform and oversee various administrative duties, including scheduling and maintaining the work environment. 

Required skills and qualifications
