We are seeking a reliable and efficient Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage store staff, including sales associates and cashiers.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints

- Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records

- Implement visual merchandising and maintain store appearance

- Manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Control store expenses, including supplies and utilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve performance

- Collaborate with the associate staff to achieve sales goals and objectives
