The Store Manager will manage a 2000 sq. ft. store area.
Must have experience handling a store with an average monthly sales turnover.
The Manager must have experience handling a team of 11 or more people.
Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and store upkeep.
Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales strategies.
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate the store team.
Should be target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
Educational qualification: Graduate or MBA preferred.
